People: our staff are passionate, dedicated and professional. We adopt a person-centered approach based on our extensive experience of working with children and adults with a range of support needs. Our philosophy is to treat each individual and family as unique, creating packages of support tailored to specific needs.
Partnership
Concora Care believes in working collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure best quality and value. We include social value through the contracts we will set up with companies/suppliers and other partners. Each contract awarded will include an element of giving back to the community
Planet
We are environmentally conscious and aware and do as much as we can to reduce waste, cut carbon emissions and focus on projects that are environmentally friendly
Achieving Positive Outcomes
Our staff have a combined 60+ years’ experience of working in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
Our plan is to recruit and train Emiratis’ to help deliver our programmes, thus helping embed the necessary skills and expertise into the local community.
We pride ourselves in achieving positive outcomes for everyone because we know they have the potential to change people’s perception of the world and, accordingly, begin to change and influence behaviour.
We ensure our programmes measure outputs (the number of people helped, jobs created etc) as well as positive outcomes (changes in behaviour, increased self-confidence and self-worth etc). We really do want to make a tangible and sustainable difference in and to people’s lives.
