Concora Care

Concora is a derivative from the latin word concordia and means “harmony, with one heart”.

The enterprise was founded by Charles Wilson, proud father of a daughter with special needs and has first hand experience of the struggle to seek treatment and support for a child with additional needs. He has spent the last 15+ years looking to improve the future of young people and adults who face a range of challenges. Charles has substantial experience of setting up, developing and growing businesses that create effective solutions to complex issues. This includes over 30 years’ working and living in Abu Dhabi, both in the employment of the Royal Family, and in running his own businesses.

Charles’ father, Colonel “Tug Wilson”, was instrumental in founding and then commanding the Abu Dhabi Defense Force and was a close friend to Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. Charles was proud to have met Sheikh Zayed and strives to uphold his vision for Abu Dhabi’s future; “To treat every person, no matter what his creed or race, as a special soul, is a mark of Islam.” Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan.
